Approaching Sonaris and pressing the button will trigger Sonaris to identify the user and customize the sound profile accordingly. In Focus or Immersive mode, Sonaris directs its audio specifically toward the person who interacted with it, continuously tracking their position for optimal sound delivery
Focus Mode
In focus mode, it will beam the audio straight at the user, so they are the only person listening
Immersive Mode
In immersive mode, Sonaris will split the beams into two, directing them to the user’s left and right, to create immersive audio.

As a speaker, Sonaris is constantly transmitting sound waves. Sonaris uses small microphones around it to track these sound waves and use the information to map out its surroundings.
This allows Sonaris to actively track your relative position and adjust it's sound profile accordingly
